Terms of Use

These Terms and Conditions set out the rules that govern your use of our platform and explain the relationship between us and our users. We provide games, account services and payment facilities for registered users. By registering an account and using our services you agree to comply with these terms, any additional game or promotion rules, and any policies we publish from time to time.

Account responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. We may require account verification at any time and you must provide accurate identity and address information when requested. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access. We may suspend or close accounts where fraud, misuse, bonus abuse or provision of false information is suspected.

Eligibility requirements

To use our services you must meet the minimum age and other eligibility conditions applicable where you reside. You must only hold one account unless we expressly permit otherwise. Accounts registered in the name of another person or by persons who do not meet eligibility requirements will be blocked and any funds withheld until verification is complete.

Acceptable platform use

You must use the platform lawfully and not for any abusive, fraudulent or disruptive purpose. Prohibited conduct includes collusion, use of automated playing tools, money laundering, and any activity intended to exploit technical faults or weaknesses. We reserve the right to refuse service, restrict transactions or close accounts where acceptable use rules are breached.

General bonus and promotion rules

Promotions, bonuses and free spins are subject to separate terms which form part of these T&Cs. We may apply wagering requirements, contribution rates by game, maximum bet limits while a bonus is active, and caps on winnings from promotions. Bonuses are non-transferable and may be withdrawn if we reasonably suspect manipulation or abuse. Where promotional rules conflict with these Terms and Conditions, the promotion rules will apply.

Deposits and withdrawals

Deposit and withdrawal methods are described in the cashier section of your account. We will carry out verification and fraud checks prior to processing withdrawals. We may require you to provide identity, address and payment method documents before releasing funds. Withdrawal limits, minimums and processing times are set out in the cashier and may vary by payment method. We may delay or withhold payments where we have reasonable grounds to do so, for example to comply with anti-money-laundering checks.

Dispute resolution

If you have a complaint you should contact our support team in the first instance. We aim to resolve matters promptly and fairly. If we cannot resolve a dispute directly, we may refer the matter to an independent dispute resolution service where one is available. Bringing a dispute does not suspend your obligations under these Terms and Conditions.

Updates to terms and conditions

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. We will notify active users of material changes via the platform or by email. Continued use of the service after notice of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not accept changes, you should stop using the platform and close your account in accordance with the account closure process.
